专利摘要:
1. A DEVICE FOR LAYING ANASTOMOSES, containing sleeves with protrusions for fixing them, a device for closing the sleeves with grooves under the projections and with shaped teeth to hold the sorted craft, and the device is made of neutral body plastic and assembled has a gap between the outer diameter of the sleeve and a device for closing the sleeves, equal to the thickness of the vessel wall, differing from the fact that, in order to ensure the alignment of the sudominal elements without damaging the vessel walls, the device for clamping sleeves is made as a cylinder with an axial bore and with protrusions arranged on the end surfaces of the cylinder. 2. The device according to claim 1, distinguished by the fact that it is made of a material absorbed by the JB biological system. 公开号:SU1144613A3 申请号:SU792850128 申请日:1979-11-30 公开日:1985-03-07 发明作者:Уилльям Мерикл Роберт 申请人:Этикон,Инк.(Фирма); IPC主号:
专利说明:
/ 2 J O) Ooh 1 (ip (.Toniio means medical equipment, in particular, a device for imposing a) 1 astomoses on hollow organs. profiled teeth to hold the sorted vessel, the device being made neutral for the plastic body and assembled has a gap between the outer diameter of the sleeve and the device for closing the sleeves equal to the thickness of the vessel wall ij. The device is that when the vascular elements are combined, damage to the vessel walls may occur. The aim of the invention is to ensure that the vascular elements are aligned without damaging the vessel walls. The goal is achieved by the device containing sleeves with protrusions for fixing them, a device for closing the sleeves with grooves under the protrusions and with shaped teeth to hold the disassembled vessel. The device is made of plastic that is neutral for the body and when assembled has a gap between the outer diameter the sleeve and the device for closing the sleeves, equal to the thickness of the vessel wall, the device for closing the sleeves is made in the form of a cylinder with an axial bore and protrusions located on the end surfaces of the cylinder. In addition, the device is made of a material absorbed in the biological system. FIG. 1 shows a sleeve, a partial cut; in fig. 2 - device for washing sleeves, longitudinal section; in fig. 3 — Assembled in the assembly of anastomoses assembled without a vessel; in fig. bushing in a sorted vessel, isometry; in fig. 5 shows an assembly of anastomoses in assembled form with the ragged ends of the vessels, isometry i in fig. b) Secondary bushings, partial section. The device for applying anastomoses contains sleeves 1 and 2 with an overhang of 3.1 pami / 3/1, fixing them, fitting 4 dhs for closing the sleeves 1 and 2 with grooves} 5 under the projections for 3 hours with core teeth 6 to hold the disassembled vessel. The device is made of body-neutral plastic and when assembled it has a gap 7 between the outer diameter 8 of the sleeve 1 and sleeve 2 and with the device 4 for closing the sleeves equal to the thickness of the vessel wall. The fixture 4 for clamping the sleeves 1 and 2 is made in the form of a cylinder with an axial bore 9 and with protrusions 10 located on the end surfaces 11 of the cylinder. The device can be made of materials absorbed in a biological system. Ring sleeves 12 are made of a thin diameter of 8 sleeves 1 and 2 for better retention of the vessel. When assembled, the device provides a gap 13 between the sleeves 1 and 2 for accommodating the total wall thickness of the disassembled ends of the tubular organs. In the second variant of the sleeve (Fig. 6), the structure is simplified by removing all or most of the tapered part of the sleeve. This design simplifies the manufacture of the sleeve and reduces the mass of foreign material to be implanted into the body. The proposed anastomosis device can be made in various sizes and is particularly useful for connecting very small vessels with an outer diameter of 1-5 mm, which are particularly difficult to stitch. The bushings 1 and 2 of the device must have an inner diameter equal to approximately the outer diameter of the vessel in order to obtain the best results. The device can also be made in large sizes, corresponding to the outer diameters of the large veins, arteries and intestines and, in addition, can be used to connect natural tubular elements with synthetic devices, such as vein prostheses from Dacron or Teflon. The device can be made in a general way, such as an external processing or, and can be made of various materials, which are known to be biologically compatible with surgical interventions. Nylon, polypropylene, and polysulfene are polymeric materials from which miniature parts of an anastomosis device can be made. The device can also be made from // 7 /////////// / 7/77. corner GT5: h: Sch5: r: 4SSfcs stainless steel or from biologically abrasive materials such as polylactide, polyglycolite, and copolymer, lactide and glycolide, which are known to be hydrolyzed into tissue with possible total absorption by the body.
